**Can I change or cancel my order?**

Since we aim to send your order on its way to you as quickly as possible, change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return it and receive a refund.

**When will my order be processed?**

All orders are packed and shipped from our center Monday through Friday. During holidays, this may take 1-2 days longer. Typically, we manage to process orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Due to high demand, please expect a delivery time of 1-3 weeks. However, it’s often much faster.

**What if my order doesn’t arrive?**
